Who is responsible
Hash Tracker is a service operated from Spain. The company details and the registered address are being completed and will appear here before the service opens to the public.
For anything about your data, write to us through the contact page.
What we collect
If you buy a plan, we hold the email address you sign in with, the plan you chose and the queries you run, because the service cannot work without them.
If you write to us, we hold what you wrote and your email address, so we can answer.
If you browse the site, our analytics records the pages you visit and which buttons you press, in aggregate.
What we do not collect
We never see your card. Payment is handled by Stripe inside their own frame, so the card number does not pass through this site.
We do not buy data about you from anyone, and we do not combine what you do here with data from other sources.
The public posts in a report
A report is built from posts that their authors published publicly, collected through the official X API and within the X platform rules.
If you are the author of a post and want it out of a report we produced, write to us and we will remove it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To run the service you bought, which is the contract between us.
To answer you when you write, which is your request.
To keep the invoices tax law requires us to keep.
To understand how the site is used, which is our legitimate interest, and which you can refuse by declining analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as you have an account, and for one year after you close it.
Invoices for as long as Spanish tax law requires.
Messages you send us for two years.
Analytics for fourteen months.
Who else sees it
Stripe, to take payment. Cloudflare, to serve this site. Google Analytics, to count visits. Each one only receives what it needs to do that job.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to us and we will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
