Who we are

Hash Tracker is a service operated from Spain. The company details and the registered address are being completed and will appear here before the service opens to the public.

These terms apply between that company and you, from the moment you buy a plan.

What the service is

You send a query. We return an analytics report on the posts that match it, and a file with those posts.

The data comes from the official X API. We collect it within the X platform rules, and nothing here is scraped.

Plans differ in how many posts you can analyse each month. Everything else is the same in all of them.

What you can do with the data

You can analyse it, quote it in your own reports and use it inside your organisation or for your clients.

What you cannot do is resell the raw file as a dataset, or use it in a way the X platform rules forbid. Those rules apply to you as they apply to us.

Paying

Plans are monthly and are charged in advance, in US dollars. Prices are shown before you buy and do not include any tax that may apply to you.

Payment runs through Stripe. We never see your card details.

Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you want and the plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month you have already used.

If a report fails through our fault and we cannot produce it, we refund it.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that a query returns a particular number of posts. That depends on what was published and on what the official API returns for it.

We do not promise that the service is never down, although we try hard that it is not.

We are not responsible for decisions you take based on a report. The numbers describe what happened on a platform, not what you should do next.

Independence

Hash Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. X is a trademark of its owner, used here only to say where the data comes from.

Which law applies

Spanish law, and the courts of the place where the company is registered. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the rights your own country gives you.
