Common questions on this subject

What is social listening?
Social listening is the practice of collecting public posts that mention a brand, topic or competitor, and analysing them together to understand volume, reach and what people are actually saying. It goes further than counting mentions, because the point is the decision it leads to.
Is social listening only for large brands?
No. A single campaign, a local event or an academic study all benefit from the same method. What changes is the volume of posts you need to analyse, not the approach.

Choosing a plan

Every plan carries the same product. The only decision is how many tweets you need to analyse each month.
