What should a social media report include?
Volume, reach, engagement and the split of who produced it. Anything else depends on the question the report answers. A report that lists every available metric usually hides the one that matters.
How do you calculate engagement rate?
Divide total interactions by the number of times the posts were seen. On X that means likes, reposts and replies divided by impressions. Dividing by followers instead measures something else entirely.
